This was my third year deer hunting, and so far i think the deer all do a magic disappearing trick while it's hunting season, because my dad and i didn't even see a deer! I still had lots of fun though just bein' with my old man. I think that's one of the things i love the very most about hunting is that i get to spend time with my dad, and it's just me, him, and the whole big mountain (I wouldn't mind if a few deer decided to join us though).

Ok so, i guess i've just been kindof freaking out lately because i have so many important choices coming up and i'm feeling a little lost... and to be honest i'm terrified! There is so much to do... finish personal progress, apply for colleges, apply for scholarships, homework, my work as Laurel president, try and be involved in high school... and a couple minor details... i need to figure out what i want to do after college, what occupation i want, and what college i want to go to.

I love where i am in my life right now because so far (knock on wood) i haven't made any HUGE life altering decisions. I still have all of the major ones ahead of me, and while that's very exciting, i'm also feeling very anxious.

I don't feel like i've even really found anything that i want to do for the rest of my life, and i definitely couldn't commit to any one thing right now. There seems to always be people who are perfect for what they do, like Laura being a makeup artist, and Micki going into science, and i just don't know if there's anything out there for me that i would be good at or enjoy doing for a long time.

I also want to travel and have experiences because i've never traveled very far or seen much of the world. Maybe it's just stress, PMS, or i am going crazy but a lot of this stuff is really perplexing me right now! So i would much appreciate some personal stories or advice of what you guys went through when you were done with high school. Thanks!

Micki and I went to the temple for mutual, and we were taking pictures for girls camp. I love Micki so much! I realized that nothing in my life would be half as much fun without her. She's the best sister in the whole world, and she always lets me know how much she loves and cares about me. We always have so much fun together, and she's so beautiful and sweet! I'm so lucky to have her for my best friend, and sister! Thanks for adding so much to my life Mick, I sure love ya!

Hunter asked us to bury him in sand while we were at Willard Bay, and so we did bury him.... but we added a couple of additions. By looking at hunter's face, it goes without saying that he was not happy about the additions, but he was too buried to do anything! We felt bad for him, but at the same time it was hilarious!

Muddy Buddies!

My best friend, Kelsey, and I decided to spontaneously have a mud fight on a rainy day! We both got in old clothes, and headed off for the hollow by my house. We walked down into it, and there was a plethera of mud! We climed up the steep muddy hill, and then sat at the top, and pushed off. We slid down the hill on our backs at first, and then we gave our tummies a try. I'm pretty sure I could have won the world record for mud caked in my belly button, it was pretty attractive! Ha ha, all the cars driving past stopped and asked if we were ok, cause we were just sitting there in the mud. Little did they all know that we were having a ball playing like little 6 year old boys!

Micki, Laura, and I all had a WAY fun sleepover. To take this pic we set my camera on a table in the store, and we definitely got some weird looks thrown our way! Micki, Afsonai, and I all went to the aquarium the day after we slept over, and it was so fun! There are so many amazing water creatures, Heavenly Father definately has an imagination! My favorite animals there were the chocolate chip starfish (it's a real animal), the jellyfish, and the octopus I almost made go blind from my camera flash! The ladies behind us "kindly" reminded me that flashes were not allowed.

Where to begin... Flaming Gorge is one of my very favorite places on this earth! I love boating there so much, it's pretty much a BLAST! This years trip was super fun, just like every other year! We had such amazing weather and everything the first part of the trip, and the water was G-L-A-S-S, the second part of the trip was still loads of fun, the weather just wasn't so great. Nothing ever stops our family from having fun though, so the trip was a definite success! We missed the Jackmans and the K-webbs though, it just wasn't quite the same! This was my family eating watermelon before hittin' the road to go home, see you next year flaming gorge!

Before this summer started I had this great idea to write all of my summer goals down, so I wouldn't waste any of my summer. I wrote down 72 goals, and as of right now I have completed 35, so I have a week left to finish the other 37. One of my summer goals was to get my face painted, so thats what this picture is of. I recently had the exciting and exhausting (to put it mildly) experience of going chucker hunting with my dad, uncle carl, and his cousin Jay up above willard bay! To all of you who have never been chucker hunting but plan to... make sure you are prepared to conquer a mountain! No joke we hiked to the very top of the mountain (picture proof above) and then hiked down it through the treaturous terrain! I spent much of the time climbing up the mountain on my previously un-bruised knees and shins, and on the way down I was on my rear end most of the hike. I got to shoot my shotgun though and it really was very fun, I would definately reccommend it!

So Micki is pretty much the sweetest sister ever! I was getting ready for my choir concert one night and I was saying how sad I was because I have never recieved flowers from a boy (and I think that is so cute!) and then after my concert when I went to find my family micki was waiting with a gorgeous bouquet of roses! She isn't a boy but she is so cute and thoughtful! I'm very lucky to have her for my little sis!

In January we got together with the fam and celebrated mine, Micki's, Janes, and Cactus' birthdays! I am now sixteen (dating and driving what a blast!), and Micki is now 13 (welcome to the teenage years you lucky girl ;)! I am now in laurels and I enjoy that, but I can't believe how old I am getting (relief society here I come!). We went to sizzlers for our birthday which is super delicious! I am looking forward to this year of being sixteen, hopefully it will be all its cracked up to be!

Since I have such amazingly awesome and fun grandparents micki, hunter, and I were able to have our annual sleep-by-the-tree-with-grandma-sleepover. The next day we went to the elementary school and sledded down the hill there. We had a blast sledding, especially when we made our four people trains!

Awww, look at that cute box of crayons! Haha, actually that's a kindof defective box of crayons because what box of crayons only comes with silver, gold, purple, red, and blue?! This year we had a way fun halloween, and party! We did some successful trick-or-treating, and had some laughs too. So my mom got this "way great and funny" idea to go to the door with a bowl of popped popcorn and say "Take one" to all of the trick-or-treaters, and then watch their reactions. Needless to say my mom had fun on halloween night, but there were some angry monsters that stopped by our house!

We have tried to cook more at home instead of going out so much, and this made Wendi and the rest of the family kindof sad. The meals at home have been delicious though, and we've done pretty good about not eating out! Wendi has recently become a very trusty customer of scentsy, of which we have a bajillion different smells! I love them all! (except for a couple of the nasty ones)

Well, this has pretty much what I have been doing for the past weeks. (Not the sleeping part, I'm not that lucky, but the homework part) Nobody ever told me how much homework I would actually have, and that I would have to say good-bye to having a life. When I haven't been doing homework (or falling asleep at the table attempting to do it anyways) I went deer hunting, and to the Halloween dance. Sadly enough, I didn't get a deer this year, so I did a good job hunting, I just didn't do so great on the getting part. I had a blast spending time with my dad, Big "A", and Shaner boy up at the mine though!

Micki has been very busy doing homework! Her grades reflect her efforts too! She has also been walking around the neighborhood gathering donations for pennies-by-the-inch, because she's just so sweet like that! Eric just got back from the Elk hunt, and I'm sad to say he was unsuccesful in getting an elk. (if you asked Wendi though, she would say the exact opposite!)
